Iain Alexander Tod, 25, of Winnipeg faces a number of costs on account of a global child pornography investigation.
Winnipeg Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit obtained a tip from the New Zealand Digital Child Exploitation Team relating to web exercise by a man utilizing a Winnipeg IP tackle. Images of child sexual abuse had been shared in a web-based chat room from Sept. 25-26.

Police searched an East Elmwood house Thursday Oct. 5 and later arrested Tod from a house within the Central Burrows space.
Tod was charged with quite a few offences, together with sexual assault, sexual interference, possession and distribution of child pornography.
