A Puerto Rican restaurant in North Hollywood is amassing funds and every little thing from child diapers and garments to blankets and water for hurricane victims nonetheless struggling on the devastated island.
Mofongos, named after the favored Puerto Rican dish of plantains, is gathering truckloads of provides for folks needing meals, water and on a regular basis objects like toothbrushes or bathroom paper.
Supplies for reduction victims have been being gathered into care packages, which have a “little bit of everything,” as one volunteer named Steven advised KTLA.
