120 High School Students Sent Home After Protesting School Pledge. Credit – Facebook/La Prensa de Colorado via Storyful

A bunch of 120 highschool college students in Commerce City, Colorado, have been despatched house after they staged a protest throughout a recital of the varsity’s pledge on September 27. Students on the Victory Preparatory Academy stated that they have been delivered to the varsity’s auditorium and despatched house after they sat via the day by day pledge to protest what they name the “lack of school spirit”. A Facebook Live video broadcast from the varsity’s grounds on September 28 reveals various police cruisers on the faculty. Local media report that college students declare the cruisers have been referred to as to the varsity “for good measure.” An announcement launched by the Charter School Institute of Colorado stated that they’re investigating the incident and are working “collaboratively” to achieve a decision with each the varsity and households.
